Best Nothing 8GB RAM Phones in India (2025)

4 Nothing phones with a 8GB RAM variant launched in India in 2025 are in our verified database. Official launch prices run from ₹18,999 for the Nothing CMF Phone 2 Pro to ₹29,999 for the Nothing Phone (3a) Pro.

RAM decides how many apps a phone keeps loaded before it has to reload them. On current Android phones, 8GB comfortably covers everyday multitasking, while 12GB or more mainly helps heavy gaming and long-term headroom over several years of updates. Many brands also advertise 'virtual' or 'extended' RAM, which borrows storage space; the figures on these pages are the physical RAM in the specification.

On our spec score, the leading models here are Nothing CMF Phone 2 Pro (8.1/10), Nothing Phone (3a) (7.9/10), Nothing Phone (3a) Pro (7.6/10).
