Under ₹15,000 you are buying a domestic purifier, and for a real office that is the most expensive mistake in this category. Domestic units run continuously on a commercial load, exhaust their consumables in a fraction of rated life and typically fail within 18 months. Size on litres per day, not on price.
The number that matters is daily draw. A rough planning figure is 3 litres per person per day including tea and coffee. Twenty people is 60 litres a day, which is beyond what a 7-8 litre domestic storage tank with a 12-15 litre/hour membrane can sustain without running flat out all day.

Which water purifier should I buy for my TDS level?

What is the difference between an alkaline and a copper water purifier?
They are two different post-treatment add-ons to the same RO system. An alkaline cartridge raises the pH of the output to roughly 8.5-9.5; a copper chamber dissolves a small, controlled amount of copper into it. Buy either for taste preference, not as a health intervention.
The alkaline health claims do not survive scrutiny.
