Xiaomi's service network is rated good in our assessment. That means solid coverage in cities, but you should verify your specific pin code before ordering.

Before ordering any purifier, call the brand's customer care, give them your pin code and ask two questions: is there a technician covering this area, and how many days does a filter-change request typically take? Then ask for the AMC price in writing. That five-minute call prevents most of the regret in this category.

  • Raise service requests through Xiaomi's official website only — https://www.mi.com/in/support. Third parties advertising "authorised Xiaomiservice" frequently have no brand relationship, charge more and fit non-genuine parts.
  • Always insist on a ticket or complaint reference number, and note the promised response window.
