The Delight NXT is what I recommend to people who have been burned by bad service. Purification-wise it is closely matched with the KENT Grand Plus — same 2,000 ppm ceiling, same core stages — so the decision comes down to two things: tank size and who shows up when it breaks. KENT gives you 9 litres; Aquaguard gives you 6 litres and Eureka Forbes' direct field force, which in my experience is the most dependable in Indian appliances.

The Aura is Aquaguard's answer to the wellness-feature arms race, and it executes it better than most: the copper and alkaline stages are both switchable, so you are not locked into either. Underneath, the purification is the same reliable 2,000 ppm RO+UV+UF stack as the Delight NXT, with a slightly larger tank and faster throughput.

The Ritzy NXT exists for one reason: kitchen wall space. If you have measured your available wall and the Delight NXT does not fit, this is your unit. It keeps the RO and UV stages and the MTDS control, drops the UF membrane, and shrinks the tank to 5.5 litres.

Aquaguard service, AMC & customer care

Aquaguard's service network is rated excellent in our assessment. That means you can generally expect a technician within one to two days in most Indian cities, including tier-3 and tier-4 towns, and spares are widely stocked.

Before ordering any purifier, call the brand's customer care, give them your pin code and ask two questions: is there a technician covering this area, and how many days does a filter-change request typically take? Then ask for the AMC price in writing. That five-minute call prevents most of the regret in this category.

  • Raise service requests through Aquaguard's official website only — https://www.eurekaforbes.com/service. Third parties advertising "authorised Aquaguardservice" frequently have no brand relationship, charge more and fit non-genuine parts.
  • Always insist on a ticket or complaint reference number, and note the promised response window.
  • Ask the technician to record input and output TDS readings on the service slip at every visit. It is your evidence base and it makes vague diagnoses much harder to sustain.
