A commercial water treatment quotation is an engineering document, not a price list. To produce one that will still be accurate at commissioning, we need to know what we are treating, how much of it, and what you need out the other end.

The single most useful thing you can send is a current water analysis report. If you do not have one, that is fine — a site water test can be arranged as part of the pre-quotation survey, and for larger requirements it is complimentary.

What you get back is a specification-backed proposal: itemised equipment with makes and models, guaranteed output quality at your stated feed condition, capex and five-year operating cost, scope boundaries stated clearly, and AMC terms with response times. That is what a procurement team can actually evaluate and approve.

What to send us

  • Water analysis report if available — minimum TDS, pH, total hardness, chlorides, iron and turbidity.
  • Daily requirement in litres, and the hours over which you need it produced.
  • Application — drinking water, process water, boiler feed, product water, dialysis, or a combination.
  • Site location and available space, with any constraint on plant room dimensions.
  • Available electrical supply: phase, sanctioned load, and reliability.
  • Existing equipment to integrate with — storage tanks, coolers, chillers, distribution.
  • Timeline, and whether you are evaluating capex purchase, rental or AMC-inclusive models.

How the technical site audit works

For requirements above roughly 500 LPH, a site visit is the right way to produce a quotation you can rely on. It covers feed water sampling and testing, space and drainage assessment, electrical availability, integration points with existing equipment, and a review of your actual demand profile against what you estimated.

Sites frequently discover during this process that their assumed requirement was wrong in a way that materially changes the specification — peaked demand needing storage rather than capacity, or feed water needing iron removal nobody had accounted for. Finding that before purchase is the entire point.

Purchase, rental or AMC-inclusive

  • Direct purchase (capex) — lowest total cost over five or more years, and you own the asset.
  • Rental / subscription (opex) — no capital outlay, everything included, easier internal approval, higher total cost.
  • Purchase plus comprehensive AMC — middle path, and the most common commercial arrangement.
  • For multi-site rollouts, ask about a framework arrangement with standardised specification and consolidated AMC.

Installation, commissioning and service response

Commercial buyers are buying uptime, so the commercial terms matter as much as the equipment specification. Insist on these being written into the purchase order rather than discussed verbally.

  • Site survey and feed-water analysis before the final quotation — never accept a specification produced without a water report.
  • Defined commissioning scope: civil and electrical prerequisites, who supplies what, and a documented performance test at handover.
  • Written service response times, with escalation, and clarity on whether spares are held locally.
  • Operator training and a laminated SOP left on site, so routine flushing and cartridge changes do not depend on one person.
  • Warranty terms stated separately for membranes, pumps, vessels and instrumentation, because they differ.

What a quotation includes

  • Itemised equipment specification with makes, models and quantities
  • Guaranteed output quality at your stated feed water condition
  • Capex plus indicative five-year operating cost (power, consumables, AMC)
  • Clear scope boundary: what we supply, what your contractor supplies
  • Layout drawing with space, drainage and electrical requirements
  • AMC options with written response times
  • Commissioning and performance test protocol

Why specify with us

Low total cost of ownership

High-rejection membranes, correctly sized pre-treatment and efficient pumps reduce power draw, consumable spend and reject volume. We quote five-year operating cost alongside capex, because that is the number that actually matters.

Heavy-duty SS-304 / SS-316 build

Corrosion-resistant stainless chassis and wetted parts engineered for continuous 24/7 duty, with SS-316 specified where chlorides or process chemistry demand it.

Rapid on-site servicing & AMC

Pan-India installation and service, with written response times and escalation in the AMC rather than verbal assurances — because plant downtime, not the repair, is your real cost.

Custom TDS tuning

Systems engineered against your actual water analysis — brackish groundwater, municipal supply or heavy borewell input, including high-TDS configurations for 3,000+ ppm feed.

Treatment architecture

  1. 1

    Pre-treatment module

Multigrade sand and activated carbon filtration strips suspended solids, turbidity and chlorine that would otherwise oxidise the RO membrane.

  2. 2

    Softening / antiscalant dosing

Protects membranes from calcium and magnesium scaling. On hard feed water this stage is not optional — it determines membrane life.

  3. 3

    High-pressure RO module

Heavy-duty booster pumps drive feed water through industrial spiral-wound membranes at 12-18 bar in an array sized for your recovery target.

  4. 4

    Post-treatment disinfection

UV disinfection and ozonation, with mineral dosing where potable taste and consistency matter.

  5. 5

    Microprocessor / PLC controls

Auto start-stop on tank level, dry-run protection, high and low pressure cut-offs, and timed membrane flushing — with data logging on industrial plants.

Frequently asked questions

What information is needed for a commercial RO plant quotation?
Primarily a water analysis report (TDS, pH, hardness, chlorides, iron, turbidity), your daily requirement in litres and the hours over which you need it, the application, site location and available space, electrical supply details, and any existing tanks or coolers to integrate with. Without a water analysis, any quotation is an estimate rather than a specification.
Do you provide a free site visit and water test?
A pre-quotation site survey with feed-water testing is arranged for larger commercial and industrial requirements, typically above 500 LPH. It covers water sampling, space and drainage assessment, electrical availability and integration points. Submit the enquiry form with your requirement and location and we will confirm what applies to your site.
Can you supply and service across India?
Yes — supply, installation and AMC coverage is pan-India, spanning metros, tier-2 and tier-3 industrial centres. Response times and local spares holding differ by location, which is exactly why we state them in writing in the AMC rather than leaving them to assumption. Tell us your site location and we will confirm the applicable coverage before you order.
What is the typical lead time for commercial installation?
Standard commercial systems from 100 to 500 LPH are typically installed within 48-72 hours of site readiness, since they are skid-built and largely pre-assembled. Custom industrial plants generally need 7-14 days depending on site readiness, civil work, electrical provisioning and whether non-standard materials such as SS-316 wetted parts are specified.
Do you offer Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC)?
Yes. Commercial installations can be covered by comprehensive AMC packages including scheduled preventive visits, membrane and cartridge replacement, and priority breakdown response. Comprehensive AMC (parts included) typically runs 10-14% of capital cost annually; non-comprehensive (labour and visits only) runs 5-8%. Get the inclusions listed line by line before signing.
Can the system integrate with our existing overhead tanks, coolers or chillers?
Yes. Commercial systems use high-pressure sensors and level-based auto start-stop, which allows plug-and-play integration with external storage tanks, water coolers and chillers. Tell us your existing tank capacity, height and any chiller model at enquiry stage so the pump head and control logic are specified correctly.
What water analysis do you need before quoting?
At minimum: TDS, pH, total hardness, chlorides, iron and turbidity. For industrial applications also silica, sulphates, and microbiological load. If you do not have a current report, a site water test can be arranged as part of the pre-quotation survey — specifying a plant without one is guesswork and usually results in a mis-sized pre-treatment train.
Do you handle high-TDS and brackish feed water?
Yes. Brackish water RO configurations handle feed water well above standard municipal input — commonly specified up to 3,000+ ppm, and higher with two-pass or seawater-class membranes. High-TDS feed changes the membrane selection, the pump pressure, the recovery ratio and the reject volume, so it must be established before design rather than after.
