The Aristo does not win on any single spec, and that is fine — it is a well-built, well-supported mid-range RO from a company whose service organisation is genuinely good because its commercial customers will not tolerate downtime. If you have had good experiences with Blue Star cooling products, that service relationship is a legitimate reason to buy.

A competent large-room purifier whose real advantage is behind the product: Blue Star's service network exists to keep commercial cooling running, and that discipline carries over. For an office reception or a big drawing room where uptime matters, that is worth as much as a spec sheet.

Blue Star's service network is rated very good in our assessment. That means reliable coverage across metros and tier-2 cities, with reasonable reach into smaller towns.

Before ordering any purifier, call the brand's customer care, give them your pin code and ask two questions: is there a technician covering this area, and how many days does a filter-change request typically take? Then ask for the AMC price in writing. That five-minute call prevents most of the regret in this category.

Raise service requests through Blue Star's official website only — https://www.bluestarindia.com/customer-support. Third parties advertising "authorised Blue Starservice" frequently have no brand relationship, charge more and fit non-genuine parts.
Always insist on a ticket or complaint reference number, and note the promised response window.
