Philips's service network is rated very good in our assessment. That means reliable coverage across metros and tier-2 cities, with reasonable reach into smaller towns.

Before ordering any purifier, call the brand's customer care, give them your pin code and ask two questions: is there a technician covering this area, and how many days does a filter-change request typically take? Then ask for the AMC price in writing. That five-minute call prevents most of the regret in this category.

Raise service requests through Philips's official website only — https://www.philips.co.in/support. Third parties advertising "authorised Philipsservice" frequently have no brand relationship, charge more and fit non-genuine parts.
Always insist on a ticket or complaint reference number, and note the promised response window.
