Catalogue listing — not a hands-on review
We have not tested this unit. The specifications below are parsed from the manufacturer's own listing, the features are their wording, and the score is calculated from those specifications rather than assigned by an editor. For models we have examined in depth, see our ranked ceiling fans guides.
About this model
At ₹2,200 (MRP ₹3,999, so 45% off on the day we checked), the Polycab Juno is Polycab's 1200 mm induction option on Amazon.in. That is close to the ₹2,350 a typical induction ceiling fan costs in this catalogue.
The listing quotes 75 W. Running 12 hours a day through a 210-day summer, that comes to about ₹1,512 a year at ₹8 a unit, against about ₹605 for a 30 W BLDC.

Worth noting
- Air delivery (CMM) is not on the listing, which is the one number that compares fans fairly
- At 75 W it costs about ₹907 a year more to run than a 30 W BLDC
- Induction motor: higher electricity use and shorter inverter backup than BLDC
- No BEE star rating on the listing — check the label on the box

About Polycab
India's largest wires-and-cables company, which moved into fans and lighting under the same name. Its ceiling fans are sold mainly through electrical dealers, which is why they are better known to electricians than to shoppers. The range spans plain induction fans through BLDC and decorative models.
