You live outside a metro or a major service town
Voltas Beko's service network is rated good rather than excellent. Spare parts and callout times decide how a washing machine holds up over the years, so check service for your pin code before you buy.

About Voltas Beko
A Tata joint venture with Turkey's Arçelik, and the most interesting value proposition in the budget-to-mid band. The Tata association buys service credibility that a new brand could not otherwise have, and Arçelik supplies real European appliance engineering underneath. ProSmart inverter compressors carry a ten-year warranty at prices ₹2,000-₹4,000 below LG. The range is still shallow, but on price-per-specification this is frequently the best-value entry in a shortlist.
