Aquasure's service network is rated excellent in our assessment. That means you can generally expect a technician within one to two days in most Indian cities, including tier-3 and tier-4 towns, and spares are widely stocked.

Before ordering any purifier, call the brand's customer care, give them your pin code and ask two questions: is there a technician covering this area, and how many days does a filter-change request typically take? Then ask for the AMC price in writing. That five-minute call prevents most of the regret in this category.
