Cello service, AMC & customer care
Cello's service network is rated good in our assessment. That means solid coverage in cities, but you should verify your specific pin code before ordering.
Before ordering any purifier, call the brand's customer care, give them your pin code and ask two questions: is there a technician covering this area, and how many days does a filter-change request typically take? Then ask for the AMC price in writing. That five-minute call prevents most of the regret in this category.
- Raise service requests through Cello's official website only. Third parties advertising "authorised Celloservice" frequently have no brand relationship, charge more and fit non-genuine parts.
- Always insist on a ticket or complaint reference number, and note the promised response window.
- Ask the technician to record input and output PM2.5 readings on the service slip at every visit. It is your evidence base and it makes vague diagnoses much harder to sustain.
Cello — frequently asked questions
Is Cello a good air cooler brand?
A housewares group best known for bottles, pens and plasticware, which also makes air coolers. Its own cooler catalogue lists every model at ₹0, so the prices here come from Amazon. Its service network is rated good, and it sits in the budget price band. No price on Cello's own site; prices here are Amazon's
Which is the best Cello air cooler?
The Cello Wave 50L Desert at around ₹9,499 is our top-scoring Cello model at 7.6/10. A large, well-ventilated room in a dry-summer city If budget is the priority, the Cello Dura Cool 30L at around ₹8,399 is the most affordable option in the range.
How do I contact Cello customer care?
Use the official support page on Cello's own website and raise a service request there, insisting on a ticket reference number. We deliberately do not publish support phone numbers, because they change and stale numbers send people to third parties impersonating brand service. Have your model name, serial number and purchase date ready.
What is the Cello AMC cost?
For a domestic air cooler, expect a comprehensive AMC covering all consumables to cost roughly ₹2,500-₹4,500 a year, more for copper, alkaline or hot-water models. Cello pricing is quoted locally and varies between cities, so get it in writing and confirm explicitly whether the HEPA filter is included — that is the most common exclusion.
