Voltas's service network is rated excellent in our assessment. That means you can generally expect a technician within one to two days in most Indian cities, including tier-3 and tier-4 towns, and spares are widely stocked.

Before ordering a Voltas AC, get two things in writing from the brand or dealer: what the free installation actually includes (copper pipe length, outdoor stand, wall core-cut), and how many days an installation and a first service visit take in your pin code. In May and June every brand's installers are booked out, and an AC delivered in a box is worth nothing until it is on the wall.
