The D10s occupies the sensible middle of the robot market: proper LiDAR navigation, genuinely useful suction and a long runtime, without the price of an auto-wash dock. For a household that wants a robot to do the daily vacuuming properly and is content to mop occasionally by hand, this is a well-balanced buy.
Step up to the L10s Ultra only if you want mopping to be genuinely unattended. That is the real difference between the two, and for many homes it is worth it — but it is a large price gap for one capability.

Dreame is a Xiaomi-incubated company that competes by shipping flagship features earlier and cheaper — dual rotating mops that lift over carpet, hot-water pad washing, auto-empty docks and extending side brushes that reach into corners appeared on Dreame at price points Roborock had not reached. The L10s Ultra and X40 Ultra are the well-known products. The risk you accept is a shorter track record: software is updated fast but is less polished, and long-term Indian support is less proven.
