Our verdict

INALSA's pitch in this category is not power, it is the warranty and the service behind it. A 2-year claimable warranty from a brand with a real appliance network is worth more to most buyers than the extra suction an AGARO would give them with courier-in support only, and the WD12 is the model where that trade is clearest.

The machine itself is sensibly judged rather than exciting. 12 L, wet, dry and blower, 4.2 kg, washable filter. It handles spills, car interiors and post-festival cleanups without complaint. Its real weakness is noise — at roughly 80 dB it is louder than the Kärcher despite being less powerful, which is the usual signature of a less well-sealed air path.

What we like

  • A genuine 2-year warranty backed by INALSA's established appliance service network — unusual at this price
  • Light at 4.2 kg and compact enough to store in a flat without resenting it
  • Three functions — wet, dry and blower — at a price where rivals offer two
  • Honest, conservative specification with less wattage inflation than marketplace-only brands

What we don't

  • Loud at around 80 dB, which is genuinely intrusive in a small flat
  • Suction trails AGARO and Kärcher at comparable prices — this is the sensible choice, not the powerful one
  • Short cord is a real irritation in a 2BHK; you will re-plug more than you would like

When this is not a good choice

Every condition below is derived from this product's published specifications and from how it compares with the vacuum cleaners we track — so you can check each one against your own room, supply or budget rather than take our word for it.

  • You live outside a metro or a major service town

INALSA's service network is rated good rather than excellent. Filter availability and callout times are what decide whether a purifier is still running in five years, and they are worth checking for your pin code before you buy.

About INALSA

A long-established Indian kitchen-appliance brand that moved into cleaning, and its vacuum range reflects that heritage — sensibly built, conservatively specified, and priced just under AGARO. The Micro WD10 and WD12 are the recognisable products: compact wet-and-dry drums aimed at flats rather than workshops, with a 2-year warranty that INALSA actually honours through a real service network, which is the meaningful difference from the pure-import budget brands.
