Our verdict
KENT is not the obvious name in vacuums, and on hardware alone this would be a middling recommendation. What moves it up is service. KENT built the deepest small-town technician network in Indian water purification and the vacuum range inherits it, which means that in a city where AGARO offers only courier-in support and Kärcher has an authorised centre two districts away, KENT will send someone.
As a machine it is competent rather than special: 1,200 W, a 12 L drum, wet pickup and a blower. The 12 L sizing is genuinely well judged for Indian flats, where a 17 L Kärcher drum has nowhere to live. Judge it on the service question — if you are outside a metro, that is worth more than the 20% suction difference you would get elsewhere.
