Add LG's 55°C rating, six convertible modes, HimClean self-cleaning and stabiliser-free operation from 120 V, and it is a sensible default for a room of up to about 200 sq ft.
The trade-off is the one every 3-star AC makes: it will cost more to run over a long summer than a 5-star unit.
