The Delight NXT is what I recommend to people who have been burned by bad service. Purification-wise it is closely matched with the KENT Grand Plus — same 2,000 ppm ceiling, same core stages — so the decision comes down to two things: tank size and who shows up when it breaks. KENT gives you 9 litres; Aquaguard gives you 6 litres and Eureka Forbes' direct field force, which in my experience is the most dependable in Indian appliances.
It is also simply a nicer object. The footprint is smaller, the finish is better, and it does not look like laboratory equipment bolted to your kitchen wall. Against that, five-year consumable costs run higher, and the 6-litre tank is a real constraint if your area gets long water cuts — you will find yourself waiting for it to refill.
Ignore the 'e-boiling' branding. It is a UV lamp, and a good one, but nothing is being boiled. Judge it on the RO+UV+UF stack, which is genuinely strong.

The current Delight NXT / Aura / Ritzy line-up leans on mineral guard technology, active copper and e-boiling claims, with better industrial design than KENT.

Third purifier in twelve years and the first where service has not been a fight. Metro water here is brackish in summer and the output stays sweet. Tank is small, so during summer cuts we fill bottles in advance.
Fits neatly above the sink where the KENT would not have. Whitefield borewell water at ~700 ppm comes out around 60 ppm. Would have preferred 8-9 litres of storage.
