Eureka Forbes' argument has always been service, and in vacuums it remains the strongest one available: company technicians, national coverage, and a brand that has been repairing cleaning equipment in Indian homes since long before the marketplace brands existed. For buyers who have been burned by courier-in warranties, that alone decides it.
The hardware is solid but unexceptional — 1,400 W, cyclonic, 2 L bagless. It cleans a flat perfectly well. What it will not do is match the Philips on measured suction or the AGARO on price. Buy it because you want the service, which is a completely legitimate reason in this category.
