Let me be straight about what you are buying. The RO, UV and UF engineering here is KENT's proven stack and it is genuinely good. The alkaline stage does what it says — output pH lands in the 8.5-9.5 band. What it does not do is deliver the health claims that surround alkaline water online. Your stomach is strongly acidic by design; systemic blood pH is tightly regulated regardless of what you drink. There is no good clinical evidence that drinking alkaline water changes health outcomes in healthy adults.
That does not make it a bad product. Plenty of people prefer the smoother mouthfeel of higher-pH water, and if you are going to buy an alkaline purifier anyway, buying one where the underlying purification is this solid is the right call. Just do not pay the premium expecting a medical benefit.
