This is where robot vacuums stop being a luxury. LiDAR navigation is the feature that separates a robot that systematically cleans your home from one that bounces around randomly missing half of it, and the X10 brings it to a price most households can justify.
The honest gap versus the Dreame and Ecovacs flagships is the dock. You will empty the bin and rinse the mop pads yourself, which for most people means once or twice a week. That is a genuine chore, but it is a fraction of the price difference. If you want a robot that cleans properly and you are willing to do two minutes of maintenance, this is the sensible buy in the category.
